We are retained by this independent business who are seeking a talented Purchasing Assistant /Administrator.
They supply to both trade and public and have been around for many years where they have developed a strong name within the industry.
Duties are as follows:
- Raise purchase orders and send them to suppliers.
- Once order acknowledgment received, make sure they match our po and correct any differences.
- Review stock and order as required. Look out for bulk deals.
- Interact with the suppliers on a daytoday basis. Liaise with Reps
- Liaise with returns department with any nonsupplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
- Liaise with salespersons with any queries on their sales orders.
- Maintain our product file.
- Report to Operations Manager
You:
Experienced in Purchasing and administration with an eye for detail seeking to join a family run business with the personal touch.
