Bank Onboarding Advisor

upto 37.5 Hours per week - Hours agreed 2 months in advanced

Key Responsibilities:

Producing and maintaining reports for the Recruitment Manager.
Build and maintain relationships with all Managers across all of our businesses
Carrying out processes and support for new starters including chasing of missing documents and assistance with our applicant tracking system.
Contacting and chasing references.
Organising right to work documentation
Processing DBS Checks
Allocating Training
Other adhoc duties as required

No direct experience required but a background in customer service and knowledge of Microsoft excel is essential.

This is a high volume position so excellent attention to detail, along with time management and organisational skills are essential.
