We are currently looking for a Break Press Setter/Operator to join our team.Shift Times:
Night Shift
Night Shift:
_(Fixed 10 hours)_
Sunday - Thursday:
8:00pm - 6:00am
Key responsibilities include:
- Filling in production paperwork
- Identifying correct parts to bend
- Loading pallets of work onto the Brake Press tables with a fork lift truck (licence permitting)
- Reading engineering drawings.
- Selecting the correct computer program for the job (if applicable.)
- Inserting tooling into the Brake Press.
- Using measuring tools (vernier, square etc)
- Assisting other setter/operators on two person jobs.
- Preshift machine checks.
- Filling in internal reject notes.
- Keeping the area around the machines clean and organised.
- Storing Break Press tooling in an organised manner.
Training is available for applicants who have an engineering background but have limited experience with using Break Press machines._

Salary:
£11.16 per hour
