We are very pleased to be working with a well established London based lender.

As Case Manager, you will analyse inquiries and work closely with all internal departments. We are looking for a hard working individual with great interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.

The position will be an excellent foundation for a careerin banking finance and property development and will provide a good career path for an individual who exceed into a transaction underwriting role or alternatively, into loan origination or investor relations.

Initial Key Responsibilities:

Analysing all bridge and development deals for the credit team to discuss
Preparing preliminary credit papers and final credit papers for the underwriting team
To establish effective relationships with all stakeholders in the transaction process
To take responsibility and ownership on all deals; taking the lead on for and prioritise pipeline of loan transactions bearing in mind proposed completion dates or other factors

Additional Responsibilities:

To promote the brand amongst potential borrowers and Investors.
To have a strong knowledge of the industry and leading market products.

Skills Required:

Strong analytical skills
Willingness to learn
Strong IT skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel in addition to various internal and external programs and CRM
