We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant.

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries or escalate complex issues
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products or services

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skill
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Salary:
From £25,974.85 per year
