JOB OVERVIEW
The International Study Centre are recruiting for an experienced and accomplished Student Experience Support Officer, focusing on timetabling and compliance.
The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks including managing and coordinating student timetables, student records management, assisting with visa compliance activities and providing support to the academic and senior management team where necessary.
This is a fast-paced environment, and the successful applicant will have proven customer service skills, previous experience of working with students, and possess excellent IT, communication, and organisational skills.
The post holder will be working in an open-plan office, so it is important they enjoy working as part of a team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Timetabling
- Work closely with the team to ensure that timetables are planned, produced and distributed accurately and in a timely manner.
- To provide administrative support in the planning, production and maintenance of class and examination timetables.
Compliance
- To work with the team to ensure we are fully compliant with all student information.
- Maintenance of electronic student files.
- Ensure student details are kept up to date on central databases contact details, visa and passport information, sponsorship details etc.
ABOUT YOU
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (Desirable)
- Experience in producing and managing timetables in an educational context (Essential)
- Working in a fastpaced pressurised office environment (Essential)
- Experience of working in HE/FE environment (Desirable)
- Evidence of working with international students (Desirable)
- Experience of working with dedicated timetabling software e.g., Scientia, CMIS (Desirable)
