Scrum Master

£450-500pd Outside IR35

London / Hybrid working (90% remote)


My client is looking for a Scrum Master to join their digital transformation team to support the agile delivery of a platform modernisation programme.


What you will need:


  • Strong understanding of scaled agile techniques to drive consistency from the top down.
  • Proven experience identifying barriers to delivery and providing a resolution.
  • Stakeholder management experience as a 3rd party resource.
  • It will be beneficial to have previously worked with Financial Services clients.
  • Experience with IaaC, Power Automate, ServiceNow and network infrastructure will be highly advantageous.

What you will be doing:


  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies for up to 2 teams.
  • Empowering your teams to become selfdriven and collaborative.
  • Working with the scrum coach to adopt best practices.
  • Fostering transparency and communication with leadership.
This will be an initial 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of renewal.
