We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, hardworking, well organised and reliable team members to join our Party Host Team - to run host and manage parties within a 15k radius of
the WEST MIDLANDS
You will be expected to help with larger events within the Midlands

We currently run Luxury Spa parties, Cupcake parties, Jewellery parties, Bath Bomb, and Tea Parties
- we offer high quality distinctive party packages and therefor demand the very best from our staff - many of our customers are high profile so experience of working within a non disclosure environment is desirable.

Due to expansion we are now looking for
enthusiastic and reliable hosts to work alongside us on a self employed basis
(you will be responsible for your own Self Assessment Tax return and NI Contributions)

This is an ad hoc employment opportunity, hosting parties *(mostly at weekends) - most parties and events are booked months in advance, so plenty of time to plan, prepare and ensure your availability.

We will be investing a large amount of time & money to set you up in this role and therefor will demand the very best of you.

To start, you will be working alongside our founder Emma for at least 5 events before hosting the parties and events yourself

Most parties start at 10:00 or 14:00 & 17:00 with a duration of up to 2 hours, you will be expected to arrive at the venue up to an hour before the party starts to set up and discuss final details with the parents and children, and to stay to help clear up at the end - you will be expected to allow 3 hours at each event - and are paid generously for this

You
must be social media savvy, and willing to share and promote what you will be offering in your local area on
Instagram, Facebook and Twitter - the more you put in the more you will get out of this opportunity.

We encourage regular attendance at local networking events, school fetes and festivals and childrens days.

You
must also be a
smart phone user with the ability to log in and check out at our parties and events

We also have strict do's and dont's and party guidelines
MUST be adhered to at each event

Beauty qualifications (minimum NVQ Level 1 or Equivalent ) required to host our Luxury Spa Parties


All applicants need to be confident drivers - able to navigate well and route plan in advance to arrive at all events on time.

Full UK driving license and comfortable driving a Citroen Berlingo Van

You will also need to provide a clean, dry and secure storage area for your party equipment - we have very high standards and expect all of our equipment to be stored, maintained and treated well.

All applicants need to be of a smart appearance, a uniform shirt will be provided and is to be worn with smart jeans/black trousers and flat shoes.

Three references will be required, at least one (preferably) two working references along with a character reference from someone who has known you for at least 7 years.
