Facilities Assistant - Edinburgh, United Kingdom - Adkins & Cheurfi Recruitment
Description
We are looking for a Facilities Assistant to work at the head office of one of our clients starting at the beginning of July until the end of the year.
Hours 10am - 2pm, Monday to Friday but with flexibility to start at 8am and finish at 4pm if required.
Duties will include:
- Daily checks on work stations, meeting rooms and kitchens to ensure everything is tidy and there are sufficient supplies of tea, coffee and stationery.
- Setup and break down of events
- Assisting with delivery of equipment
- Delivery of packages and post
- Organisation of office to deliver a tidy working environment
- Packaging and posting of items
- External trips to collect/deliver items
- Assisting colleagues with the setting up of meetings
- Some basic computer work which will require some IT skills
Prerequisites:

£13.00 per hour

- Edinburgh, City of Edinburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
