The Cavalry & Guards Club is a Private Members Club representing history, tradition, timeless elegance and quiet efficiency plus that all important personal touch.

This gracious building, more a home than an institution, is situated at the Hyde Park corner end of Piccadilly, in the heart of Mayfair, with wonderful views of Green Park.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the breakfast service in a hotel setting, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service
Coordinate food production and preparation in the kitchen
Manage inventory and ordering of breakfast supplies
Train and supervise breakfast staff, including cooks, servers, and dishwashers
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Skills:

Previous experience in food production or kitchen management is required
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service environment
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Customerfocused mindset with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
