About Our Client:


Our client is a charity working with vulnerable children and young adults to educate and support them throughout their educational pathways.


  • Responsible for general repairs, maintenance, porterage tasks within three buildings
  • Be prepared to be on call every 2 weeks when necessary
  • Work within an environment with vulnerable people (training will be given)
  • Preventative and reactive maintenance including painting, joinery, replacement glazing, plumbing, minor masonry/plaster work and other works

The Successful Applicant:


  • Willing to take an enhanced DBS
  • UK Driving license
  • Understanding health and safety regulations
  • Experience with general maintenance

What's on Offer:

- £19,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience
- £135 on call allowance every 2 weeks (£3,500 per annum)

  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years, 28 day years after 10 years
