A product lead/system analyst is a crucial member of the EPO delivery team, responsible for supporting the product owner in developing and executing the delivery technology strategy.

The product lead/system analyst works closely with the product owner, delivery craft leaders, enablement team, technical lead, and other stakeholders to ensure that the delivery technology strategy meets the needs of the business.

To be successful in this role, a product lead/system analyst should have strong analytical and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

They should also have a passion for technology and productivity, with and an understanding of the software development process and agile delivery mythologies.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the product owner in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on feature releases, user feedback, and business goals.
Collaborating with technology suppliers, delivery craft leaders, enablement team, and technical lead to ensure that the product features and functionality align with the product vision and meet user needs.
Assisting with technology launches, including creating product documentation, preparing communication materials, and coordinating with crossfunctional teams
Monitoring technology performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement.
Support the documentation of data flows and data mappings, processing rules between source and target system/app
Writing user stories, creating product backlogs, and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the requirements.
Participating in sprint planning meetings and daily standups to ensure that the development team is on track to meet product goals.
To own personal development and seek out opportunities for further development
