Description
Probate Solicitor with 10 Years experience required for a small firm based near Wandsworth.

  • You will be providing professional advice on Probate & Estate administration, Inheritance Planning & Trusts.
  • You will be preparing trustees resolution's and deeds of appointment of funds.
  • You will be in close contact with executors, trustee's beneficiaries and other professionals.
  • You will be networking with clients and marketing within the team to generate new business.
  • You may be required to attend meetings with clients in their own environment when required.

Job role
Working within a busy office, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Experience in dealing with Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
  • To provide a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service to our clients
  • Working as part of a team dealing with elderly clients and grieving families
  • Attending private homes of elderly clients
  • To effectively maintain and housekeep the case management system
