London and Surrey Security Services are seeking experienced club and bar door supervisors to join our team of professionals.

A Door Supervisor is a key member of the team at London and Surrey Security Services.

Your role will be to ensure that all visitors to the club or bar are welcomed and that they have a great experience while they're there.

You'll need to ensure that security issues are dealt with swiftly and efficiently and that your team members are supported in their work.

We are looking for people who can:

Work well in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks at once
Be professional, wellgroomed, and high quality at all times
Have excellent conflict management skills
Practice customer service with a focus on creating positive experiences for customers
Be proactive, licensed with the Security Industry Authority (SIA) as a Door Supervisor (DS)
