Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Salisbury

Full-Time, Permanent position (37.5 Hours)

Flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week

Salary up to £47,000 + excellent benefits


Our client (a leading public sector client) are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to be based in the Wiltshire area.


If you are wanting to return to an in house service and you are looking for your next challenge and want to work within a small team, this could be for you.


Senior Occupational Health Advisor duties:

  • Case Management (including complex cases)
  • Sickness Absence
  • Return to Work
  • Phlebotomy
  • Vaccinations
  • Liaising with HR and Senior Management
  • Developing the OH team
  • Auditing and training team members


The client offers a full induction and will invest in any refreshers and training needed to ensure people are able to the role to the best of their abilities.


Requirements:


  • Must be a registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
  • Experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor
