Executive Assistant - Private Equity
£50,000 - £55,000

Our client, a Mayfair based Private Equity firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking to take on a busy and varied role to support a Managing Director and 4 direct reports.
This role would be perfect for an assistant who has previous experience supporting in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services and who is looking to join a progressive and dynamic firm with fantastic progression opportunities.
Hybrid working available.What you'll do:
- Complex diary management for the Managing Director
- Organise and manage all international travel including logistics
- Organise client events and conferences
- Support with project work and research as required
- Manage and coordinate all the monthly expenses
- Network with external contacts building relationships
- Work closely with other assistants providing support as required
What you'll need:
- Experience working in financial services/banking
- EA or PA experience supporting at senior level
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised
- A positive 'can do' attitude
