Executive Assistant - Private Equity

£50,000 - £55,000

Permanent


Our client, a Mayfair based Private Equity firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who is looking to take on a busy and varied role to support a Managing Director and 4 direct reports.

This role would be perfect for an assistant who has previous experience supporting in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services and who is looking to join a progressive and dynamic firm with fantastic progression opportunities.

Hybrid working available.


What you'll do:


  • Complex diary management for the Managing Director
  • Organise and manage all international travel including logistics
  • Organise client events and conferences
  • Support with project work and research as required
  • Manage and coordinate all the monthly expenses
  • Network with external contacts building relationships
  • Work closely with other assistants providing support as required

What you'll need:


  • Experience working in financial services/banking
  • EA or PA experience supporting at senior level
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and organised
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
