Passenger Assistants are required to work at various locations throughout the city of Hull.

The hours of duty will be as required per week depending on the route and the number of pupils travelling.

You will normally board the vehicle at a point close to the pick up point for the first child on the route and are returned to the same point at the end of each journey.

As a Passenger Assistant you will be required to be responsible for the care and supervision of pupils whilst they are travelling to and from schools within Hull and the surrounding area at the beginning and end of the school day.

Some of the pupils will have special needs.

A caring and responsible attitude towards children is essential as is a willingness to undertake training. You must have good communication skills and a flexible approach. A basic knowledge of first aid would be helpful.
