Description

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an HR Manager to join a large, multi-sited business based in Shropshire. Salary of up to £45k with hybrid working.

As HR Manager, you will be carrying out a range of generalist tasks such as workforce planning, project work, developing and implementing strategies and initiatives, upskilling managers, succession planning and supporting and influencing organisational change.

You will have an HR Advisor directly reporting into you, so previous line management experience is desirable.

You will be a confident HR generalist, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across different business functions.
