Description
The department provides trustee services to trust structures established by listed or private employers for the benefit of their executives or employees, for example, employee benefit trusts, international pension trusts and approved pension schemes.
We're looking to recruit bright, articulate, and dynamic people who are not afraid of a challenge and are prepared to work hard and love what they do.
The Role & Key Responsibilities:
- To provide quality administration services, including proactive client contact in a professional manner.
- To administer an allocated portfolio employee trust structures funded by an employer, working directly with the Manager responsible.
- Assist in managing the team and deputising in the Manager's absence, and actively assist the Manager in the training and development of the team.
You'll have the opportunity to work as part of a high performance team and to contribute to the successful performance of the Company.
As with any role level within our business, we are dedicated to the development of all staff and therefore would help you achieve your goals with our Senior Officer Programme.
This programme allows you to learn and develop the necessary skills to become a Manager at Apex.Skills Required:
- To hold or to be actively working towards a professional qualification recognised by the JFSC.
- A good understanding of trust and company administration.
- Previous experience of working within trust and company business.
- Ability to present ideas in userfriendly, businessfriendly and technical language.
- Selfmotivated.
- Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
