Financial Controller - Essex - HYBRID

c£38k + depending on qualifications/experience (up to £55/60k for fully qualified)

Medical**Job Purpose:To assist and improve Finance activities for the business unit as well as supporting the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with month end closure tasks; P&L and Balance Sheet and intercompany reconciliations and monitoring of provisions
Implementation of new monitoring tools
In charge of reporting all of the required analysis as well as feeding the reporting system to the group
Analyse finance performance of the business unit: EBIT, Cash, Efficiency and carry out various financial analysis
Assist with budget, forecasting and midterm plan campaigns
Assist CFO during the Audit & Internal Control campaigns
Ensure compliance and monitoring of overhead and investments across all activities

Person Specification:

ACCA / CIMA qualified (part qualified will be considered)

Strong reporting and Analysis background

Strong Excel Skills

Effective Time Management

ERP System experience desirable

Solid post qualified experience
