Job Summary:You will play a critical role in ensuring our bank members feel valued, enabled and engaged to deliver safely and effectively in their roles. Your role is crucial to help build an emotional commitment from our bank members through providing the highest level of service and engagement.
You will hold a caseload of bank members that you will interact with regularly to ensure all their working needs are met and they are optimising their availability using a holistic approach.
You will fully understand your caseload and the current and future demand in your area to enable you to work effectively and pro-actively maximise and match our bank supply (bank members capacity) to the demand.
As part of a wider team, you will ensure that action is taken immediately to re-fill any unavoidable reductions in the commitment where you are unable to fill through your own caseload.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for holding a case load of bank members and ensuring they have everything they need to enable them to successfully and safely delivery in their roles for example, appropriate role/ward induction, system access.
- Build a strong relationship and understanding of your case load of bank members in order to optimise their engagement, commitment and shift fill.
- Monitoring shiftfill against their specified shift commitment and levels of demand to ensure we consistently and proactively fulfil our client demand requirements.
- Responding proactively to offer support where a member's shift fill falls below their specified commitment, looking to understand the drivers and assist them in overcoming any barriers they have that are causing the reduction in commitment. Such as, exploring alternative opportunities, resolving any customer service matters.
Accountabilities
- You will report in to and be accountable to the Recruitment Manager.
- Ensuring our bank member in life care embodies our values and reflects our purpose/strategic priorities
- Ensuring your caseload form an emotional commitment to NHSP.
- Ensuring your caseload is optimized in relation to shift fill.
- Fully understanding your caseload and holding strong relationships with them
- Own personal development and being up to date with the latest engagement practices.
- Being instrumental in creating an inclusive team and inclusive approach towards our bank member
- Customer service experience in an environment where delighting the customer is the core focus
- Strong administration experience, with the ability to manage time and workload effectively
- Strong IT skills especially Excel
- Advanced ability to connect and communicate effectively over the phone with a wide range of people
- Proactive approach to relationships and trouble shooting
