Description

As a result of our company's successful expansion plans, Care Concern Group is looking to appoint a Regional Support Manager in South East England.


The Regional Support Manager will work closely alongside a Regional Director, providing clinical and commercial support to 5 care homes, which will grow to 7 by the end of this year.


Salary:
Up to £70,000 per annum (DOE), plus an excellent benefits package

The Role

  • Ensure resources at home level are utilised efficiently to achieve best results.
  • Effective financial management in homes, ie. Budget management, payroll, and revenue enhancement to meet business performance targets.
  • Strives to achieve the highest standards of personcentred planning and personalised support in all homes.
  • Support Home Managers in underperforming homes and develop affective action plans to achieve business quality / compliance targets.
  • Responsible for retaining and recruiting quality staff.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures is maintained throughout all homes.
  • Create strong relationships with residents, relatives, and stakeholders.
Skills / Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Care Home Manager.
  • Qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN)
  • A proven track record of delivering highquality care demonstrated through the Care Inspectorate.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulation and legislation in a care home environment.
  • Delivered great financial results in previous role.
