But whilst things have been successful, they have not been as data-driven, but now times are changing and they are looking to build out platforms.

THE ROLE
The day to day of the role will consist of:

  • Building out the customer engagement platform
  • Collaborating with other teams through the business, such as analysts and marketing
  • Liaising with stakeholders
  • Updating user profiles when needed

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Salesforce expertise
  • 5 years' experience in developing
  • Certifications preferable
  • Industry knowledge desired
  • Implementation experience
