OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
This is an exciting opportunity for a fluent French and English speaker to join an upcoming property technology company as an Operations Coordinator on a 6 month fixed-term contract


You will be working in a team liaising with international stakeholders across the UK and France coordinating meeting and appointments with potential clients.

You will be ensuring that diaries align and making sure that the time of the stakeholders is best utilised.


OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ROLE:


  • Managing high volumes of outbound calls connecting with home owners, estate agents and viewing contractor
  • Managing and maintaining the property viewing diary, ensuring all appointments are accurately scheduled and coordinated
  • Liaising with agents, and other stakeholders to arrange viewing appointments according to their preferences and availability
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders to confirm viewing appointments, provide necessary information, and address any queries or concerns
  • Coordinating with agents to ensure they have all the necessary details and resources for each viewing, including property information, keys, and access instructions
  • Monitoring and updating the diary in realtime to accommodate changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
  • Proactively identifying scheduling conflicts and working with relevant parties to resolve them promptly and effectively
  • Providing administrative support as needed, including data entry, record keeping, and generating reports

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:


  • Must be fluent in French and English
  • High volume coordination and scheduling experience
  • Excellent phone manner and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Ideally come from a property, tech or real estate background
  • 5 days in the office per week
