We're a Manchester based Growth Partner that helps global eCommerce brands reach their full potential.

Working with blue tick, high street name clients with big/open ended budgets, as well as huge goals and aspirations that will more than match your career aspirations.

You'll manage a portfolio of up to 10 ecommerce clients some of which are household names within eCommerce If you're looking for a role where you can challenge yourself and get highly rewarded for doing so, you're in the right place.

This role will also include mentoring opportunities with our digital team and input in developing the skill set of the department.

About you:

2+ years experience in Paid Social ideally within an ecommerce agency
Extremely datadriven
Extremely analytical
People person, confident communicating with external clients
Strong communication skills
Unrivalled attention to detail
Hungry for knowledge
Good mentoring skills

As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Living and breathing your partners analytics
Making datadriven decisions when building your campaigns
Successfully leading and executing your paid campaigns
Ongoing optimisation and development of these campaigns
Managing and scaling highspend advertising budgets
Mentoring and assisting the wider digital team
Undertaking training sessions with team on current trends/changes or developments

What's in it for you:
- £30k-£35k basic salary
