Care Coordinator with Bee's Care

This role involves working as a part of a team to support our clients as well as coordinating the Booking side of the business.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with daily rota changes, job allocation and inputting customer information into Care Planner
Being the first point of contact for clients and care staff
Providing care in accordance with current best practices
Coordinating care packages care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents, and incidents
Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace.
Being part of Oncall rota

What do we require:

Good communication skills, you will need to be calm, patient, professional and an excellent listener.
Highly skilled with computers (Excel, Microsoft) and mobile handset technology. Strong Organisation and time management skills and the ability to multi task
Have the ability to deal with confrontation and crisis situation.
Experienced in rostering systems or other planning systems
Care Planner would be advantageous

- _YOU WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR._
- _Shift pattern 7 am till 2 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm._

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
