Care Coordinator with Bee's Care


This role involves working as a part of a team to support our clients as well as coordinating the Booking side of the business.

Responsibilities:


  • Dealing with daily rota changes, job allocation and inputting customer information into Care Planner
  • Being the first point of contact for clients and care staff
  • Providing care in accordance with current best practices
  • Coordinating care packages care plans, risk assessments, reviews, compliments/complaints, accidents, and incidents
  • Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace.
  • Being part of Oncall rota

What do we require:


  • Good communication skills, you will need to be calm, patient, professional and an excellent listener.
  • Highly skilled with computers (Excel, Microsoft) and mobile handset technology. Strong Organisation and time management skills and the ability to multi task
  • Have the ability to deal with confrontation and crisis situation.
  • Experienced in rostering systems or other planning systems
  • Care Planner would be advantageous
- _YOU WILL NEED TO BE A CAR DRIVER AND HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN CAR._
- _Shift pattern 7 am till 2 pm and 2 pm to 9 pm._

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-40 per week


Salary:
From £11.20 per hour
