Are you a Technical Author/Writer wanting to work with a market leading software solutions provider?
We are working with a market leading software solutions provider who provide unique, product-based solutions to their blue-chip clients.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Author | Technical Writer where you will work as part of a collaborative team, aiding the business in the wrap around service for their internationally renowned client base.

This role will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager and work alongside the development team.

You will be a driven and innovative technical author, able to produce great reference and training material for our client's product.


ROLE:
Technical Author | Technical Writer | Digital Content Writer


SALARY:
£35,000 - £55,000, 25 Days Holiday + 5% company pension, 5 days paid external training per year, flexible working, Gym membership


LOCATION:
Remote, with one day per month in Cambridge

You may have experience:

  • Write engaging content for training modules, how to guides, help wikis using text, imagery, and video
  • Collaborating directly with developers, UX Designers and Consultants to ensure new features are documented
  • Being exposed to sometimes complex processes or technical information, and the ability to explain them clearly and simply to an enduser.
  • Creating supporting videos or potentially experience of delivering video content with Camtasia, or similar tools.
  • Informing colleagues of new developments.
