Personal Assistant

Overview:

Our client is a prestigious Edinburgh based organisation with an unmatched reputation, working throughout Scotland, England and Ireland.

As they grow and expand their offerings, they are looking to likewise expand their team, and need a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.

The team is close knit, with regular social events, a vibrant office atmosphere and more than one office pup


Benefits and pay range:

- £26,000-£31,000

  • Mon-Fri, Permanent, Full Time Position.
  • Edinburgh City Center

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Diary management, travel, accommodation and appointment booking for the MD
  • Keep the office shipshape answer phones, data entry, filing and record management
  • Document and presentation preparation and editing
  • Conduct industry research and work with team members to ensure a smooth workday

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Previous PA or administrative experience
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Canva, XERO accounting software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to prioritise workflow
  • Organised, detailoriented and motivated

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
