Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a local, independent mental health charity, working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organizations to provide a range of services to the local community.

A fast-expanding IAPT compliant Service requires a service co-ordinator to support a team of administrators and volunteer counsellors.

The service co-ordinator will work alongside volunteer counsellors, service managers and other clinical staff. This is an integral service of the organization delivering counselling to around 950 people per year. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with work experience in a counselling service.

Therapy service Co-ordinator will be responsible to:

Ensure the counselling service is run efficiently and effectively
Work closely with a team of administrators to safeguard the smooth transition and transfer between day and evening services
Coordinate and support volunteer counsellors in the delivery of IAPT compliant counselling
Work closely with the Clinical Lead and Head of Therapy regarding clinical issues, and data monitoring, meeting service targets, service developments within the service provision.
