We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure Services Team, based in Ormeau. This role will work closely with the Management Team, providing financial and administrative support for operations.


In this role will include:

  • Processing subcontractor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reception / General Office Duties.
  • Accounts Payable processing including raising purchase orders and goods receipting.
  • Process end of month requirements including but not limited to processing accruals.
  • Booking of flights & accommodation.
  • Subcontractor onboarding/ Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in relation to contract variations.
  • Assist with the mentoring and development of other Site Administrators.
  • Uniform / Office supply orders.


You will have previous experience in an administrative capacity, in a construction or maintenance site-based environment, with a good working knowledge of forms and contracts.


In addition:

  • A proven ability to provide leadership and guidance to the team, develop and contribute to an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team whilst also having an ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills, with an ability to liaise professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong attentiontodetail and a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Excellent IT skills with JDE experience preferred.
