YOUR ROLE


As a Call Handler, you will receive incoming calls from our customers, the wider iamproperty group and also our partner agents, insuring to deal with all calls in an effective and professional manner, whilst being a real ambassador for the business.


What you'll be doing:


  • Take incoming calls from various channels across the Group in a professional manner and liaise back to the relevant person/department accurately.
  • You will manage your time effectively to enable you to provide an excellent service.
  • You will be enthusiastic in delivering our key objectives at every opportunity.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and report any issues that are brought to your attention regarding money laundering, or anything that could potentially lead to a customer compliant.
  • You will be a team player and be happy to assist with the wider team when required.
