£23,620 with the opportunity to progress to a maximum of £26,845 (pro rata for part-time)

Hours: 37 per week

Hertfordshire County Council in partnership with Sunnyside Rural Trust and SPS Training Ltd have been successful in securing funding from the European Social Fund.

The European Social Fund helps local areas stimulate their economic development by investingin projects which will support skills development, employment and job creation, social inclusion and local community regenerations.

The Inclusive Employment Project will be managed within the Step2Skills Team at Hertfordshire County Council.

We are looking for a Job Coach to offer supported employment which is defined as high quality, personalised support for people with disabilities and disadvantages which enables them to seek, access and retain employment in the open labour market.

The JobCoach role supports this service to help individuals sustain employment once a job is secured.

You will provide appropriate guidance, training, and support to enable participants and employers to maintain and develop employment opportunities within the workplace, in liaison with the employment advisors and Senior Employment Advisers.

The post holderwill need to adopt a flexible working pattern to accommodate the working hours of the clients.

Good general Education and/or relevant training e.g., NVQ and a willingness to participant in further training.

Full driving licence, access to own vehicle and business insurance required (essential).

Effective IT skills, competent in the use of a variety of software packages
