This is a varied customer service role which will involve supporting a variety of customers and organising queries in an efficient manner.

You will be required to work in a close team dynamic and full training will be provided.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Responsible for being the first point of contact for all incoming call and dealing with them in a professional manner
  • Recording all call information onto the system accurately and send out confirmations
  • Working closely a team dynamic

  • General administration
