The role:


We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR professional who has specialised in People Operations to help us as we scale, with a firm grasp of HR policies, processes and tools.

This role will have a direct impact on the success of the organisation and requires a diligent and focused individual who is passionate about employee experience.

As a People Operations Advisor, you play an integral part by supporting our employees across 4 countries - Spain, UK, Germany and USA.


What you'll do

  • Help employees across our different locations with any questions about HR policies and procedures.
  • Support various processes in the employee lifecycle: sick leaves, holidays, paid leaves including maternity and paternity leaves, operational side of benefits management, onboardings, offboardings and more.
  • Enable our employees to selfserve on HR policy and process by creating, maintaining and continuously improving our internal knowledge base
  • Help develop and implement HR programs and policies for our hubs (UK, Spain, Germany, US).
  • Build relationships: partner with our HRBPs and Centers of Excellence (Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Workplace ), other functional areas (Payroll, Sales, Legal, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure we are bringing all available tools to bear on our toughest problems.
  • Identify, resolve and escalate inconsistent, inefficient and incongruent processes, policies and practices to prevent and mitigate HR risk and compliance issues.
  • Make recommendations on improvements to achieve results and enhance efficiency, as well as improving the employee experience, including tools, processes and policies.
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required.
  • Provide coaching to our People Associates.

What will make you a great fit:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in People Operations supporting a multi-national organisation.
  • Experience working within a fast pace, everchanging environment.
  • Proven track record in supporting employee lifecycle and excellent internal support for employees.
  • Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • People oriented: strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, and able to engage with people across all levels, and from diverse backgrounds.
  • Amazing interpersonal and collaboration skills. You are truly resilient and positive, optimistic and enthusiastic. Someone who has a sense of humour, we deal with a very fast pace so we like to have fun along the way
  • You have great organisational and time management skills and you're able to adhere to tightdeadlines, multitask, maintain confidentiality and adhere to company standards of ethics.
  • Tech savviness You don't need to be an engineer but curious by nature you enjoy technology, new tools and if you don't know how to do something, you find your way
  • A stand out work ethic and ownership. You are highly reliable in your delivery and communication and you have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Flexibility to adapt and learn new skills quickly. When necessary you can self educate on complex topics in a matter of days. You embrace change and adapt to the needs of the team and the company.
  • Experience using the following tools is preferred but not essential: BambooHR, HiBOb, Zendesk, Notion, GSuite.
