Description

Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Joinery/Metalwork Estimator on a temporary basis for a 3 month period to work with a well established interior fit out company.


Duties:


  • Scoping the requirements for the business and taking client briefs
  • In charge of the creation of detailed estimates for materials and labour
  • Pricing documents/BOQ
  • Negotiation of the best material prices
  • A strong understanding of the material required
  • Using microsoft Excel
  • Working closely with the design and production team
  • Attending daily meetings
  • Have the ability to recognise value engineered solutions
  • Preparing the tender documents

Further Details:

  • Confident manner
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • To have exprience with projects above £5,000


  • Peferred

  • HNC/HND qualified
  • Working hours 8:4 5(Mon
  • Thurs) 8:4 4:15(Fri)
