Role Title
Trainer to deliver Digital Marketing Apprenticeships

Full time, 37 hours PW


Based at
Field Based


Position reports to
Quality and Compliance Manager


Salary
£20 - 30k per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications).


Role Purpose Summary
An enthusiastic trainer/assessor required to train apprentices in Digital Marketing

To build relationships with apprentices to develop and progress their careers.

A trainer/assessor with a willingness to get the best out of apprentices required.


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Digital Marketing Apprentice Trainer

  • To advise, guide and assist learners through the apprenticeship to End Point Assessment.
  • Managing a caseload of learners across a range of employer clients.
  • Take overall responsibility for each apprentice's journey, their progression and provide IAG/pastoral care.
  • Improve and update teaching resources to meet developing need.
  • Adapt mentoring/coaching style to meet the broad range of learning needs, including those with additional learning needs.
  • Maintain appropriate apprentice progress tracking systems and follow procedures relating to quality, compliance, management and assessment in line with the standard and all other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain professional knowledge to support in professional development.
  • To embed British values, Equality & Diversity and Health & Safety into all programme delivery.
  • Meet KPIs including timely completions and effective project submissions.

Digital Marketing Apprenticeship Trainer - Person Specification

Qualifications, experience and background

  • Experience of working as an effective team member in a similar role.
  • Experience of Teaching, assessing and mentoring in an Apprenticeship Setting.
  • Relevant Digital Marketing qualification (e.g. Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, Degree in Marketing or CIM Qualification and relevant occupational competence.
  • Ability and proven experience of presenting technical training courses
  • Teaching Qualification, Level 4 or above.
  • Mentor/Assessing Qualification (A1/ TAQA)
Specific knowledge/ skills

  • Excellent written, numerical and oral communication skills.
  • Must obtain Enhanced DBS
  • Ability to deal with new or difficult situations.
  • Experience of Office 36
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately.
