Customer Service Advisor - Hull - Full Time - £10.64 per hour


Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a large company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors.

They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50m and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.

We are recruiting for two roles one temporary ongoing and one permanent role.

The hours of work are Monday all day, Tuesday all day and Wednesday until Lunch, or Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday all day.


Purpose of the Role:


  • To provide effective, administrative support across all operational area of the business
  • The post holder will be responsible for the daily coordination of trade resources and prioritising an everchanging workload ensuring contractual obligations are achieved
  • Responsible for the daily liaison between customers, clients and supervisors to ensure each individual needs are met
  • You will also be responsible for updating and maintaining the company database

Duties:


  • Evaluate, prioritise and issue incoming repairs to operatives using PDA technology
  • Complete, delay and cancel job orders submitted by operatives, checking codes to ensure correct values are billed to the client
  • Update appointment diaries
  • Request new orders for extra works already carried out or to be carried out and request downgrades where necessary
  • Produce and send appointment/reminder letters
  • Arranging annual servicing appointments to comply with legislation
