Our Graduate Finance Programme will see you initially spending four weeks on our robust induction course, where you will be exposed to the heart of our business, develop your understanding of our culture and values and participate in vital training, networking, and business challenges.

You'll then start three 12-month placements that give relevant, on-the-job experience across, but not limited to:


> Financial Control**
> FP&A**
> Tax**
> Treasury**
> Investor Relations and Strategy**Your placements will be tailored to your areas of skill and interest and ensure you gain a unique insight into our exciting and dynamic industry, working cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders along the way. We'll also support you through your studies towards the professional qualification of your choice (ACCA or CIMA).


We're committed to developing your talent and you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide you with business and career advice and support you in building a strong network within the organisation.

In short, you'll get everything you need to get your easyJet career off to a flying start.


Requirements of the Role

What you need to join the programme

We want highly talented grads with the right combination of 'can-do' attitude, customer focus, business awareness and commercial acumen to help us to continue driving our business forward.

You'll relish working in a high pace, high energy environment, be innovative by nature and have a genuine desire to learn and grow.


You'll hold a degree with a 2:1 or higher - it doesn't need to be finance-related as long as you're passionate about pursuing a career in this area - and have a head for numbers and analysis.

You'll also be a natural at building relationships and a great communicator.


LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full-time role will be based in Hangar 89 (hybrid working) and will be 40 hours per week.
