Permanent opportunity.
We are in the market for a Quality Inspector for a company based in Cleckheaton.

The company manufacture Engineering components and require an experienced Inspector who can join their growing company.

Engineering background
Experienced using measuring equipment (analogue & digital)
Use of CMM (Mitutoyo and others)

This is a permanent position with good career prospects for the right person.

C £2829k with a few years' experience in inspection
Preferable to have a Machining background
Ability to read Engineering drawings
Good at analysis, reporting, process management and communication
Good opportunity for growth within the business
Main tasks:
Good experience and use of measuring equipment (both analogue and digital), CMM etc
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications visual and measurement tests. Rejecting and returning using site procedures
Approves finished products by confirming specs visual and measurement tests. Rejecting and returning using site procedures
Manage MRB/RTV's processes within the business.
Random shopfloor audits approving in process production, conducting visual and measurement tests. Communicating and actioning results.
Documentation of results generating reports and logs
Calibration Management of all site equipment
