Description

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the bar and restaurant ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and train staff, including bartenders and servers
• Maintain a high standard of customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site
• Enforce health and safety regulations, including food safety guidelines
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a highvolume establishment
• Strong knowledge of bartending and restaurant service
• Experience in food production and preparation is a plus
• Personal license holder
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
