Channel Key Account Manager

Location:
Warrington, Home and Northern Ireland travel

Salary:
£35k - £40k base, £15k - £20k OTE (Uncapped)

Car Allowance, Paid Travel Expenses, Hire Car when travelling in Northern Ireland

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Working from Warrington office and Partner office (Northern Ireland) to drive account activity through active F2F engagement as an companies ambassador
First point of contact for a defined Partners

Account Management

Partner Support
Ensuring that sales and KPI targets are achieved on monthly basis.
Competently and knowledgably advising clients on solutions and services that best fulfil their enduser requirements
Present regular webinars
Attending face to face meetings with Partner alongside External Channel Account Manager
Work with Partners / Distribution to drive and manage their activity
Manage and operate outbound lead generation campaigns
Promoting new products/sales promotions to drive sales channels via existing partners
Consistently delivering exceptional customer service at all times
Building strong longlasting relationships and networking within the industry
Achieve Key account objectives defined by company management. Managing the account in the best interests of both Partner and Business.

Knowledge and Experience required:

Experience within a Channel management role
Energy, enthusiasm and a "cando" attitude
Hard working, determined and tenacious
Strong commercial and negotiation skills

Desirable Skills and Experience:

Experience and understanding of the IT/Telecom and Unified Communications technology sector, identify and qualify potential additional sources of revenue for all relevant products and services.
Experience of working within a Channel sales & account management position
