If so, we have a brilliant opportunity for a
Merchandiser to join our Regatta Central Planning team in our state-of-the-art head offices in Urmston, Manchester.


The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Responsible for seasonal product volume forecasting in line with budget and commercial sales plans
  • Producing category analysis data (including sell through, profitability, key line performance) and make recommendations to help inform and direct range development that will maximise profits.
  • Monitor stock weekly and monthly in line with sale performance, taking appropriate action to report on any sales risk, OTB requirements or potential overstock concerns.
  • Own the production and distribution of weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify and report on supply chain issues and dealing with problems or delays as they arise
  • Liaise with the Export and logistics to ensure stock is available at the right time into the right warehouse to achieve plan.
  • Build relationships and work closely with the field, market and channel teams to ensure your plans are executed effectively, that stock levels are communicated and agreed and in line with plans
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by Line Manager.
  • Undertake such tasks and duties as may be reasonably requested by your manager or other members of the management team

As our future Merchandiser you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience at Assistant Merchandiser level or above
  • Understanding of supply chain and warehousing
  • Understanding of Industry standard Merchandising best practice
  • Experience in data analytic
  • Ability to communicate effectively both 121 and in larger groups
  • Excellent Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft platforms
  • Knowledge and user experience of Planning and Merchandising systems
  • Familiar with data analytics solutions
