Job title: Damp & Mould Administrator — Hybrid (Housing Repairs)

We are seeking an experienced Damp and Mould Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis.

Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, specifically Awaab's Law, in relation to damp and mould issues within housing properties.

This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service delivery and enhancing resident satisfaction. You will work closely with various teams to resolve complex damp and mould issues, utilizing your strong customer service skills to provide excellent support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate complaints related to dampness or mould growth in residential units


2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify root causes of issues

for long-term solutions involving residents,
government departments involved as appropriate.
The ideal candidate should possess experience working within similar roles focusing primarily around Housing Repairs.
