    Australian-English speaking Reactivation Sales Agent _to join our Sales Team in _
    Gzira, Malta_._


In this role, you will be responsible for calling and engaging with inactive players in your native language on behalf of our clients to promote their platforms and offers.

This role is for you if you are interested in iGaming or sports.

Either you are an expert in one or many of the iGaming verticals, or you are new to the industry.

We will train and help you succeed in the role and become our next sales superstar.


What you'll be doing:


  • Outbound calling (B2C) to inactive players;
  • Representing different casino and sportsbook brands;
  • Understanding players' needs and expectations;
  • Promoting current bonus campaigns, if applicable;
  • Introducing new games, features, payment methods, and any other relevant updates on iGaming platforms;
  • Reaching the goals and targets set together with your country manager;
  • Guiding players through the website, if necessary;
  • Following GDPR and Responsible Gambling regulations.

What would you bring:


  • You have a native level of Australian-English (we'll assess the accent);
  • You are familiar with the Australian market;
  • You are natural at engaging and leading conversations;
  • You are interested in sports and online casinos;
  • You have sales capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • You have experience in or good knowledge of gambling and betting;
  • You have previous experience in B2C sales;
  • You are fluent in other languages.

What we offer:

EUR gross annual salary with uncapped commission;

  • Monday to Friday working week from 18:00 to 02:00 or 06:00 to 14:00; (weekends off);
  • Free transport after midnight;
  • Delicious daily breakfasts/lunches/dinners (Monday to Friday) prepared by our inhouse chef (depending on your shifts);
  • Friday drinks at the office from 17:30 to 20:00;

£2,000.00-£4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Berlin: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (required)
