There is now an opportunity for you as a Private Equity Solicitor to join the Tier 1 ranked team of this leading US firm.

You will work on a range of the highest quality of private equity work, including;

  • Investments
  • Joint ventures
  • Public company takeovers
  • IPO's
  • Fully qualified Private Equity Solicitor (NQ 2 years' PQE)
  • Completed a Corporate / Private Equity seat or gained postqualification experience at a leading US or UK firm
  • Excellent academics
