Made Easy is a growing leader in property management services. We provide management for properties (blocks of flats) in London with four developments under our portfolio so far.


As a
Property Management Assistant, you play a direct role in customer service and management of procuring quotes, arranging maintenance works, carrying out site reports (once a month) and office administration.

You must:


  • Have knowledge of block management.
  • Be able to execute tasks efficiently
  • Be reliable and able to progress
  • Be able to work in a family environment and self manage
  • Be confident with numbers, invoicing, budget management

Duties:

-
Manage schedule according to facility schedule when operating hours:

  • Proactive management of response when issues or concerns are reported Follow up on all issues or concerns.
  • Support the director in daily tasks and duties
  • Prepare accountancy documents
  • You must be able to advise and lead the team in the right direction using your skills and experience
  • You must be able to work between two departments and carry out duties as requested
  • You must be able to carry out handover once properties are sold (induction will be provided)

Salary:
£11.00-£15.00 per hour

  • Certificate of Higher Education (required)
