Practice Development Lead, Digital Transformation (Ref: CC44815)
A highly successful Japanese IT company based in central London is looking for a Practice Development Lead, for Digital Transformation.
This role will range from preparing pre-sales materials, analysis of potential clients, creation of practice development strategy, attendance of various networking events, engaging with clients for data analytics projects, to communication between potentialclients and the project delivery team for implementation.

SALARY:
up to £120k + bonus depending on experience
LOCATION:
Central London
WORKING HOURS: 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday (Hybrid working style applied)
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creation of practice development strategy
- Preparation of presales materials
- Analysis of potential clients
- Attendance of various networking events
- General presales activity
- Actively engaging with clients for data analytics project
- Communication between potential clients and the project delivery team for implementation
- Raise the company's presence in the data analytics market
- Reporting practice development activity to the senior management team
Desired EXPERIence:
- Over 15 years IT consulting experience in the area of DX, digital platforms, engineering, data management, and/or data science
- Proven records of successful new customer acquisition and excellent communication with potential clients for future business opportunities
- Strong relationships with an existing customer network for data (AI) analytics opportunities
- Understanding of general DX solutions, especially in the areas of digital platforms, data management, data analytics, and intelligent automation
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with ability to convey DX matters to all levels of the business and communicate clearly with team members and clients. Experience in public speaking of such topics
- Demonstrable aptitude for analysing problems, ideally using formal processes
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in new technology, willing to broaden knowledge of the wider tech industry.
- Motivated and willing to learn in a diverse and dynamic working environment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Relevant BSc/MSC/PhD degree (Computer Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, MBA etc)
- Consulting industry background
- Experience in mobility solutions, and/or smart utilities (renewable energy, heat, water), Industry 4.0, IoT, AGV, and/or industrial robotics.
- Business planning and/or management consulting experience
- Additional language skills are a plus (Japanese, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, French, Swedish, Norwegian, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Slovakian)
