    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled Data Reporting Analyst to support the delivery of high-value infrastructure projects. This role will play a critical part in tracking project delivery obligations and ensuring high-quality reporting.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analysing, and reporting on project delivery obligation performance using dashboards and internal systems. They will also develop and manage reporting frameworks that inform decision-makers across capital programmes.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of critical infrastructure transformation and bring clarity to complexity through data.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and Analyse Project Performance
      • Use Power BI dashboards and internal systems to track project delivery obligation performance.
    • Develop and Manage Reporting Frameworks
      • Create and maintain reporting frameworks that inform decision-makers.
    • Validate and Ensure Data Accuracy
      • Verify the accuracy of data inputs across multiple projects.
    • Analyse Key Performance Indicators
      • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities by analysing KPIs.
    • Collaborate with Stakeholders
      • Work closely with Project Managers, PMO, and Finance teams to coordinate plans and align milestones.
    • Drive Reporting Improvements
      • Develop prototypes for automated reporting systems.
    • Contribute to Capital Planning Initiatives
      • Support broader capital planning and regulatory insight initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • Experience as a Data Reporting Analyst
      • Prior experience working with large datasets and Power BI reporting tools.
    • Excellent Analytical Skills
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Interpersonal and Communication Skills
      • Highly organised with strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Infrastructure Experience
      • Previous experience in infrastructure, construction, project management, or PMO roles.
    • Economic Regulation Knowledge
      • Understanding of economic regulation and capital investment processes.
