Sewell Wallis is currently recruiting for a Management Accountant for rapidly growing business in Leeds.
With the successful completion of a number of acquisitions, this is an exciting time to join and reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing monthly management accounts
Managing the month end and year end close process
Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly
Supporting the Commercial Finance team with costing models
Analysing and challenging the business performance
Financial reporting
Assisting with the implementation of process improvements or system changes
Supporting the team with ad hoc projects


Requirements:

Qualified Accountant, ideally ACA/CIMA/ACCA
Strong IT and analysis skills
Excellent communication skills as this role will involve working with internal and external contacts
Good commercial awareness
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
