What you'll be spearheading

As the Strategy & Planning Associate, you will:

Be the driving force behind analysis on our key strategic projects and decisions
for example new initiatives, market expansion, pricing strategy for new products, customer acquisition & retention
and a lot more.
Tell stories through analysis and insights you will go deep into customers and our own internal data & metrics to understand what's driving trends working across internal teams to help drive decision making and process improvements.
Present meaningful actionable insights to our leadership team, customers and stakeholders.
Support teams across the business in developing robust OKRs/KPIs and build frameworks to ensure consistent alignment across the business.

Requirements:

This position is perfect for you if you've got:

Deep domain knowledge: at least 4 years of work experience. Analytical background is a strong plus e.g. from investment banking, management consulting or related high-growth company experience.
A head for data and numbers: you're a whizz in Excel / GSheets and not afraid of a financial model. Bonus if you're familiar with SQL.
Stakeholder finesse: exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with customers, stakeholders and teams at all levels.
Balance attention to detail with swift execution: we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength.
